Being opened for more than 20 years, Langkawi Wildlife Park aims to provide close animal encounter experiences and create more wildlife awareness for their visitors. The park houses over 20 species of birds from Malaysia with about 150 species of animals in total. With the recent change in management, the new owners were interested in a fresh makeover of visual identity to align with their new goals.
Despite wanting a rebrand of their visual identity, the owners did not want to change the iconic peacock logomark that has been used since late 2002. So we gave the logomark a small touch up and fixes while building a more engaging and fun visual identity to align with the family-friendly park.
A pattern of some of the animals inhabiting the park was created to go with the brand’s visual elements which will subsequently be reflected on the park’s merchandise and collateral items’ design.
