Somerville is a cottage villa strategically located at the centre of Yarra Park. It was developed by OSK Property as phase 2 after Fairfield Villas to provide residents a comfortable, fresh and relaxed environment filled with greenery and serenity away from the busy traffic congestion. Wanting to promote Somerville as a more affordable range in comparison to it’s phase 1 counterpart, we were engaged by OSK Property to design a promotional brochure for potential buyers.
